Digital Evolution Group implemented a unique bar code solution for Gordmans. Gordmans is an every-day-low-priceretailer with 65 locations nationwide. The primary goal of the emails is to drive offline traffic to the brick and mortar stores. For this reason, Gordmans needed a method to track offline conversions. Digital Evolution Group created and implemented a unique bar code solution to solve this challenge. Each subscriber receives a unique bar code in the email which is scanned at the point of sale, allowing purchase history to be tracked. Reporting is then synced back to the ExactTarget platform, allowing more relevant email content to be displayed in emails. Subscribers can be segmented by last purchase date, frequency of purchases and type (department) of purchases. This custom integrated solution utilizes the ExactTarget web services API and Interactions.

Digital Evolution Group also works closely with Kansas City Steak Company, an online mail order steak ecommerce site. Digital Evolution Group utilized the web services API and Interactions within ExactTarget to create triggered emails. When a new subscriber signs up to receive emails a Welcome Email is automatically delivered. After an order is placed the recipient's order confirmation transactional email is delivered via ExactTarget. Subscriber attributes are updated when a purchase is completed online, including segment assignment and last order date. Implementation of the conversion tracking feature allows the client to know precisely the amount of revenue generated from each email.

Gear For Sports approached Digital Evolution Group to assess their email marketing needs, provide a plan and execute the deliverable. Process flow charts were mapped and online trainings were delivered and recorded for sales staff to be on-board with the new marketing vehicle. Digital Evolution Group implemented the Enterprise Edition of ExactTarget allowing Gear For Sports to utilize the On Your Behalf sending model. This personalized communication has led to consistent open rates of more than 50% and click-to-open rates of 37%.

Ferrellgas, a leading propane retailer, serves one million customers in all 50 states. Digital Evolution Group integratedPeopleSoft CRM platform with ExactTarget?????€š?š?????€š?ž?s Automated Interaction Management and Data Extensions features. After syncing with PeopleSoft nightly, triggered emails welcome new customer and notify current customers when they need a propane tank refill. Notification and post-fill satisfaction messages are also triggered after a driver completes a delivery to measure customer feedback.
