Med Travelers’ Quarterly Shining Star Contest Official Rules

Each quarter members of the Med Travelers’ executive leadership team will judge one traveler as Med Travelers’ Quarterly Shining Star. At the same time the fourth Quarterly Shining Star is announced, judging will take place for the Yearly Grand Prize winner as well.

Quarterly Prize:

$500 cash prize for Med Travelers’ Quarterly Shining Star winner
Cash prize will be payable to winning traveler

Grand Prize:

$2,000 cash prize for the Yearly Shining Star winner
Cash prize will be payable to winning traveler

Guidelines:

Travelers will be judged based on the information provided in the nomination.
Travelers must not be in a Terminated status, have negative assignment evaluations, or accounts receivable outstanding over $1000.
Open to United States residents only. Void where prohibited.
Travelers may be nominated by Med Travelers’ corporate employees and employees of Med Travelers’ client facilities where the traveler is currently working on assignment or where the traveler has worked in the past year.
Four quarterly prizes will be awarded for 2009. Q1 is January 1, 2009-March 31, 2009. Q2 is April 1, 2009-June 30, 2009. Q3 is July 1, 2009-September 30, 2009. Q4 is October 1, 2009-December 31, 2009. Contest ends on December 31, 2009.
Entries received each quarter will be eligible for future quarters from the time of entry.
Quarterly winners will be announced as follows: Q1 winner by April 30, 2009. Q2 winner by July 31, 2009. Q3 winner by October 31, 2009. Q4 and Grand Prize winners by January 31, 2010.
To be eligible for the current quarter’s contest, nominations must be received by the last day of the contest quarter.
All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Grand prize winner will be selected from the winners of the four previous quarterly contests.
All decisions are final.
Med Travelers reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time by posting a notice at www.MedTravelers.com.
Med Travelers is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
