Med Travelers’ Quarterly Place To Be Contest Official Rules

Each quarter members of the Med Travelers’ executive leadership team will judge one client facility as Med Travelers’ Quarterly Place To Be. At the same time the fourth Quarterly Place To Be winner is announced, judging will take place for the Yearly Grand Prize winner.

Quarterly Prize:

  • $500 cash prize for Med Travelers’ Quarterly Place To Be winner
  • Cash prize will be payable to the winning facility or facility’s designee

Grand Prize:

  • $2,000 cash prize for Med Travelers’ Yearly Place To Be winner
  • Cash prize will be payable to the winning facility or facility’s designee

How to Submit Nominations:

Guidelines:

  • Clients will be judged based on the information provided in the nomination.
  • Clients must have active contract with Med Travelers, and no invoices due in escalated collections (legal demand letter, payment plan, with collection agency).
  • Open to United States residents only. Void where prohibited.
  • Clients may be nominated by Med Travelers’ corporate employees, and Med Travelers’ travelers currently on assignment at the nominated facility or who have worked in the nominated facility in the past year.
  • Four quarterly prizes will be awarded for 2009. Q1 is January 1, 2009-March 31, 2009. Q2 is April 1, 2009-June 30, 2009. Q3 is July 1, 2009-September 30, 2009. Q4 is October 1, 2009-December 31, 2009. Contest ends on December 31, 2009.
  • Entries received each quarter will be eligible for future quarters from the time of entry.
  • Quarterly winners will be announced as follows: Q1 winner by April 30, 2009. Q2 winner by July 31, 2009. Q3 winner by October 31, 2009. Q4 and Grand Prize winners by January 31, 2010.
  • To be eligible for the current quarter’s contest, nominations must be received by the last day of the contest quarter.
  • All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Grand prize winner will be selected from the winners of the four previous quarterly contests.
  • All decisions are final.
  • Med Travelers reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time by posting a notice at www.MedTravelers.com.
  • Med Travelers is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
  • By submitting a nomination, nominators agree to allow their name and likeness to be published in Med Travelers’ marketing materials. By accepting a cash prize, winners agree to allow their name and likeness to be published in Med Travelers’ marketing materials.
  • By accepting a cash prize, winners agree to hold Med Travelers, Inc. (including without limitation to its parent corporation(s), subsidiaries and affiliates), its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the contest.
